PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy sets forth the principles of collection, processing, and use of your data by Vilisoft Sp. z o.o., conducted under the domain address vilisoft.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

Definitions

  • Service – the internet service operating at www.vilisoft.com.
  • External Service – internet services of partners, service providers, or service recipients of the Administrator.
  • Administrator – the company Vilisoft Sp. z o.o., conducting business at Katowice 40-082, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 11/E6, Poland, with the tax identification number (NIP): 6342891353, and the national business registry number (REGON): 366845656, providing services electronically through the Service and storing and accessing information on the User’s.
  • Device User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Service.
  • Device – an electronic device with software, through which the User accesses the Service.
  • Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device.

The Administrator processes your data based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a, and lit. f of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), for:

Types of Cookies
